Grabbed some at CM Southlake - they only got 1 case and I was the first to come looking for it.

No kidding. This is one of the top 5 ipa/iipa's to come out of Texas IMO. Been a while since I've had an ipa this good.

Got a 4pk from Lonestar and I only made it home with 3. I didn't drink and drive, I hit a bump going way too fast, can hit the seatbelt and BOOM... all over my truck. My truck smells beautiful but it's going to suck cleaning all that up.

Yay, got me some. Pretty tasty. I'm impressed. A bit gumbally, onion, citrus and pine all rolled into one, but it seems to work. Trying to find specs on this though, seems high in abv.

THis is very true. had a pro am last night and a super ipa. For my money the super IPA is way above this beer. The pro am is OK. My palate just demands more out of a DIPA and so many breweries do a better job at it. If you just took beers that are made in Texas as far as DIPA's are concerned. I would by the saint arnold's dipa over this one. Even deep ellum's DIPA I thought was better. Do not pass on this beer. It is worth trying if you are a hop head, as I am one. , however its not mind blowing, game changer new best DIPA from texas type of beer. It a DIPA in a can which is a nice bonus.

I disagree. I've had this six or seven times now and I believe the Pro-Am IIPA is now the best IIPA made in Texas. I used to have it Endeavour #1, Deep Ellum #2, but now have this Pro Am at the top with Endeavour 2nd.

Of course, these are ALL just personal opinions based on personal preferences, so take it with a grain of salt and go judge for yourself.

PS - Went back and bought a case and will likly buy more. The price point is hard to beat on such a tasty brew.

I agree with TexasStout. Pro-Am is much better than Endeavour and Dreamcrusher, both of which are very good DIPAs nonetheless.

It's definitely personal preference. I am always happy to have more choices.
