I saw a 3 bottle limit at Lonestar on both beers. Where did you see no limit?

Aaaand they changed it from earlier today to no limit. Nice one, Rick.

As are their bastardized cousins, BA Hunabraxas and Mint BA Hunabraxas!

Southern Tier stated there would not be a shortage, glad to see a brewery finally not skimp on Texas.

I was incredibly disappointed with Warlock and Pumpking.

Hmmm, I was disappointed by Pumpking too so that doesn't bode well for Warlock :slight_frown:

I'm actually not sure what it is about Southern Tier, that I want to like their beers, but something just doesn't click with me a lot of the time.

If you don't like Pumking, you probably won't like much they make at all. To me it's the best beer by them released in TX. Choklat is okay, but kind of like Tootsie Roll more than chocolate.

Backburner is good, but I've yet to see it in TX.

I thought Live smelled great but it had a cereal aftertaste that I didn't want in my pale. 2XIPA good, 2XStout was pretty ok too but not as good as Temptress so what's the point?

2XIPA tasted like Fritos to me. I've tried it a few times to make sure it wasn't just me or an off keg.

Your point about 2XStout is truth. Unearthly is tasty, but with the arrival of so many good DIPAs I wouldn't buy it in the store. I will however buy it if I don't see another DIPA on tap that tickles my fancy.

Warlock tasted exactly like Pumking out of the bottle. There was very little difference. I was expecting something like Pumkinator and was highly disappointed.

I really liked Warlock, didn't care for Pumpking at all. I guess the spices and flavoringss work better in a dark beer format for me.
