Hey guys. New to the site and I've recently been interested in the concept of aging beer. I recently picked up the Southern Tier Super Pack, and was considering storing a few bottles of the Iniquity imperial black ale, but was unsure if cellaring this particular style of beer would be a success or a foolhardy endeavor. Thoughts or comments?

This is one I prefer fresh but give it a try. It doesn't hurt to throw a bottle in the cellar for a year and form your own opinion.
