Yeah, because no one besides SN has ever made a goldenish pale ale with some caramel malt in the 5-6% abv, 30-40 ibus, range that employs cascade/american "c" aroma hops and fermented with a clean yeast profile. Or maybe you just don't understand its iconic history and influence it had on other craft breweries?

I understand everything. I was drinking that beer over twenty years ago, just can't think of a beer that screams SNPA. Go employ a backwards fart through your ribs

Its stupid how good and sessionable this is. Easily my go to APA from now on. ST doesn't disappoint yet again.

Trying for the first time tonight; had my wife pick me up a 6 pack. Liking it quite a bit, and must say while it tastes good, this beers smells AMAZING.

Not a huge fan of ST, but Live is the best pale ale I've had to date. Just had it on tap and it blew my mind. Borders on IPA hoppiness and tremendous orange/tangerine notes.

How can a brewery put out such good beers and then things like Creme brûlée? It baffles my mind.

Tried Live at a ST tasting event. It's tasty and very drinkable.

Love it, and I dont bother decanting because I like the flavor the yeast imparts.

Really? I thought the concert tickets were cool. Plus ST bottles can be written on with pencil.

I see you're in New York, it's on every shelf and several taps in Western New York including Tops and Wegman's (Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but I do see it regularly). I don't generally buy the six packs only because I prefer the IPA's but I do have a few bottles when I stop for a few at the pub on the way home... lower ABV and 12 ozs versus 16 makes it a little safer for driving home.

Safer compared to 2 pints of 7% IPA, that is...
