hey guys, will be an hour away from STL on the 15th-June 29th. I was just curious what Derivation wouldn’t be easier (If possible) to obtain other than Derivstion 6 or 8 which seem to be rare/costly other than others? Any advice from you guys would help! Thank you for your time. -George
They will all cost you an arm and leg. One of them is known infected (forgot which one)so be careful. Also the older ones are pushing their prime. Definitely don't over trade for them.
Same base beer, same barrels, same procedure. Only thing that I am unclear about with BBT is whether or not it was a blend of 1-3year aged stout, like many (but not all?) of the derivation blends, or whether it was just straight 12 months in Barrel.
Unless I have missed it every time, including just now again, i don't see where on there he talks about time in Barrel. Am I just blind?
