    Yeast
    Wyeast - London Ale III 1318 with starter

    Mashed at 160* for 60min then mash out at 170* for 10min. Irish moss at 15min...Primary for 7 days. Bottled after 2 weeks and carbing up now. Sample bottle was light, smoth and fruity. Great summer beer.
