Special Occasion Cellar Pulls

    Most recent one for me were my second bottle of 2010 Kate for review #500 (very good, but my memory of the fresh bottle I had has it being a little bit better), and one of my few remaining b5 Cuvee de Castletons (so damn tasty) last Monday as a reward for actually pulling my whole cellar (271 bottles) out, counting them, updating my cellar spreadsheet, and reorganizing them when I put them back in storage.

    Wow, you still had a 2011 King Henry in your cellar! It musta been at least 5 months old, lucky you were able to save it so long, and for such a special occasion.

    My wife got a new job and we pulled a 2007 Kuhnheen Raspberry Eisbock and a 2012 Kate to celebrate
