I heard yesterday Specs dezavala was getting Uncle Jacobs today (for san antonio people)

 

I don't think I would turn down '09 Tokio either.

 

Have you tried the beer before? I think when I first had it, it was the definition of cloying. The Jasmine addition did not help in my opinion. But that's just me.

 

Still no conformation of it be delivered or received. It was simply ordered by Spec's DeZavala and that doesn't guarantee delivery. (Keeping my fingers crossed.)

 

I've had it a few times. The first time I didn't like it but never had anything like it before. The other times I tried it I loved it. It's challenging. I would think a four-year-old bottle would be good.

 

They told me several years on DFH 120 would be great too. They lied. I don't trust "them"...

 

This is maybe the greatest beer lie ever told. That beer will NEVER taste better. EVER.

 

Called Spec's and Total Wine Dallas. They both said they'd expected it on Wednesday of this week, but don't expect it until next Wednesday now.

 

Could be the wasabi, who knows.
