is anyone having trouble with the top gasket? Mine is loose and pulls in or out on different sides when I screw it down. I ordered 2 new ones from More Beer and their no better. I have the 7.9 gallon

Chances are you are screwing it down harder than you need to and you're over compressing the gasket.

Contact Morebeer for a solution and probably a gift certificate!

The first time I did it I did tighten it too much but the 2 I bought were loose too. I can't even just snug it with the new ones without it having problems.

You do have the lid the correct direction?

I love mine but I know exactly what you're talking about. It's not likely you're ever going to pressurize the container so screw it on just snug enough to seal it and call it good.....it will still keep all the bad stuff out, I'm sure.

Funny enough mine has the same issue and I do pressurize mine, probably what caused it in the first place now that you've said that. Haha. I just mess with the gasket until it fits even though it's not really on incredibly well. Works for the most part and it's probably a fairly cheap solution to find a gasket at a home improvement store if really needed.
