Anybody been to this place in West Central? Noticed this place after hitting the courthouse to renew my tabs and grabbing a slice and a beer (Skagit River's Cold Beer) at Veracci's. Here's a write-up from last fall that I dug up just now: http://www.inlander.com/spokane/neighborhood-feel/Content?oid=2382927 Kinda spent my dining out money for the next couple of weeks on other things (Not least the freaking tabs. Really, physically swiping my debit card costs the county $2 extra?). I'll check it out soon, just curious if anyone has already been and consider it a worthy place to grab a craft beer.
I don't mind it. Service generally sucks. So it's basically Brouwers. Beer selection is nothing special, but there's usually at least one good one on tap.
I'm willing to drink swill if a good Cuban Sandwich is on the menu. The only other places locally I know of that makes one are the Elk/2-7/Geno's, etc folks.
It was very good at it's job. I tossed up a half-assed review that stated it's a nice non-megacorporation stab at PBR territory, at the exact same pricepoint, but with a little extra hop flavor.
