I should've, but I made a stop at Beverage 4 Less just to check it out and the guy in there was a bit of a d*ck...it's all good though I was still able to walk away with a Pliny.
Beverage 4 Less is entirely over priced. The only good thing is that Russian River is so active on watching price gouging, their PtE seems to be on par all the time. Everything else is usually at least $3-$5 more per bottle. Freddy is also not the friendliest person to new shoppers. BNC, Manzanita, and Butcher are good spots to hit. The Bevmo usually has a decent selection as well. There's also a nice spot on the Carlton Oaks and Carlton Hills intersection that has some hidden gems.
It's awesome that you went there independently and found him to be a prick. Usually takes people a few visits to pick up on that.
