Spreadable Beer

Don't think the olive oil recipe would work, because the fat content is different.

 

I like to make maple bourbon butter for my waffles. Wonder if a stout/porter beer butter would be viable?

Remember Austin from tinyhood. Uncle taught at UT and we visited often. Great then, better now. Honestly though, knowing my cousins, Vermont is like country of the "other". It would have to be an all Texas maple syrple. Rick Perry could clear this up with a few lucid statements.
