Jesus, dude. Do you work? I can barely find time to get one brew going.

I love ESB's. I made a ESB a cpl years ago with Nugget and Fuggles. Turned out great. I think you may have just changed my mind on what I might brew. So many options.

Good Luck to you, you have a full menu. I'd love to hear how they turn out.

Speaking of hammocks, I got one for xmas. Check it out, I would definitely say get this one. They are built to last for ever.

Right now I'm in a snowstorm waiting for a tow truck. Spring sounds like a great idea. But when I get back to brewing it will be stout and pale ale I think

Yup. Fulltime day job, and part-time youth minister, 2 kids, wife, new house...

This saved my ability to brew and have variety in my pipeline. All those beers are one mash and split boils. BA APA Stout and Saison are one mash, and I am steeping the dark grains in half the wort after I run it all off. The Barleywine and FES are partigyle with the steeped dark grains once again. The Vienna and APA are a mash of Vienna malt and seperate boils, the lager is getting a touch of Carafa III special for a touch of color. Hefe and Saison are single mash, split boils. Takes maybe an extra hour out of my day on each brew.

Awesome. I played around with similar approaches . Most memorable was getting an IPA and a dubbel out of one mash.

Yeah, I got an Imperial Red IPA and an Oud Bruin (both Vienna base malt) out of one mash by steeping after splitting the full runnings to 2 kettles. Added some sugar to the IPA to up the OG and drop the FG some too.

I have a busy brewing schedule for the spring. Several saisons, a pilsner, a biere de mars and a porter (to be aged). The reality is that I'll probably still be brewing those beers well into the summer. With how hot it gets here in Texas it's hard to really enjoy brewing during the summer so spring is a good middle ground to avoid the heat but still keep those beers fresh for the summer.

Awesome! Hope it works out well for you. Both of The Yeast Bay strains should be great with the style. Expect the Saison blend to have brighter esters, and for the Wallonian Farmhouse to be a bit drier and a little tart.

    Cheers!
