Anyone use this conical and temperature control system in their brew set up? I'm looking to pull the trigger on this and wanted some feedback. TIA and cheers!

Mt Buddy uses their brew bucket and loves it, but he doesn't use the temperature control.

Only feedback I have for you!

I think @ronobvious2 has mentioned it if I recall, even uses the temp controller.

I'm SEMI entertaining the idea, but I ferment in a big chest freezer, so not sure of the logistics if it'll fit height wise. No issue with moving beer as I'd mainly push it with a pump or Co2 anyways.

Just racked my beer into a keg and cleaned this rig tonight. Works well enough, just have a cold water source if your wort is going to go over ferm temps, or warm water source if you're fermenting in the garage in winter. I'll need some more practice with it, dumping trub and racking and so on. The rig is too tall to fit into a regular horizontal chest freezer for cold crashing - vertical will be fine. I tried dry hopping my just throwing the hop in there which went well when I racked the beer out - no hops came out, but I'll use a fine hop bag in the future. We'll see how this beer goes after it's carbed for a week.

Anyway, time to order another kit.
