Its been a while since I've had it but from their website "It is brewed with a combination of pale two row, caramel and black malts, Cascade and Liberty hops for a background hop flavor, pumpkin for a rich mouthfeel, molasses and brown sugar, and spiced and dry-spiced" and its 10% ABV, OG 1.094.

All I know is that it taste like a cinnamon bomb to me.

Brewtoad recipe is off by quite a bit, from what I can remember off the top of my head. We don't use belgian yeast...house SA yeast(English style yeast). I'm currently at home for a bit with my newborn. I return to work on the 16th. I'll send out some percentages.

Watching. Hoping @awinkro comes through. Many brewers do pumpkin beers wrong, St. Arnolds does not.

Wow, I can't believe I hadn't seen this response from @awinkro I had plans on brewing this beer this weekend and now I'm definitely going to get it done. I wonder if I'll have enough mash ton for a 10 gallon brew...my cooler is 65 qts.

Brewed this beer this past Saturday. Although my efficiency was low, about 50-55%, this beer is going to be awesome. I'm going to split about 1.5 gallons and add French oak chips that have been fermenting in fireball whiskey and we'll see how that turns out. Pretty excited.

I have done the same, except I am using American oak chips soaked in brandy. Mine has fermented three weeks...tasted it and WOW. I cant wait for the first bottled batch mid July. Brandy aged will be ready just in time for Halloween.

What's the hopping feedback? Spice feedback? Pumpkin feedback? This is what I have:

    0.67 oz Horizon @ 60 mins
    0.90 oz EKG @ 10 mins
    0.90 oz EKG @ 1 mins
    IBU = 30

0.75 tbsp McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice @ 0 mins

    3.75 lbs pumpkin puree, mash

You need approximately 6.85 oz. of pumpkin puree per five gallon batch.

The website says for the 2011 batch: "With the amount of pumpkin used to make Pumpkinator, we could have baked 437 pumpkin pies," and cites, "n the time it took to make the 154 bbls of Pumpkinator wort" so putting that together at one 15oz. can of pumpkin puree per pie that is:

    154 BBL = 4774 gallons
    437 pies * 15oz. = 6555 oz. pumpkin
6555/4774 = 1.37oz. pumpkin per gallon of beer
    1.37 oz. * 5 = 6.85 oz. pumpkin

I'd take a stab that of the Cascade and Liberty hops that the Cascade is bittering and Liberty is a late 15 or 10 minute addition.
