There were some bottles at Wilbur's in Fort Collins and Liquor Max in Loveland today.

Curious if anyone has cracked one yet? I've had it in the past but can't seem to remember just how much I liked it!

Yep, very good IMO. Lots of brown sugar and cloves, slight alc burn. But good, flavorful and big.

It's a spice bomb. I read on the reviews that it holds up pretty well, so I'll open one next year to see if the spices mellow out and the alcohol pipes down a bit.

I thought its the least spiced pumpkin beer out. I don't get blasted by cinnamon like most of the pumpkin beers out. And its a stout as opposed to a amber ale base.

it's ok, mediocre stout but the spice flavor is nice, now what we really need is pumpkin yeti...

I'm more about nutmeg in pumpkin beers, and less about the allspice and cinnamon. Knowing that, do ya'll recommend I sit on this sucker for awhile and let it mellow?

I thought this was good. But thinner than what I expected from an imperial stout.
