Pretty impressive for a brewery that just started doing barrel-aged beer.

Nice size too... Jester King's barrel room sometimes (depending on what they're currently making) looks like 32 clowns in a Mini Cooper. LOL.

The video (yes, it's a video) looks like the same quality I get from my iPhone 3GS. It did, at first, look like those pictures that folks send from China of new Apple prototypes before I clicked it.

I was asking because Angel's Share... I always believed barrels had to be refilled to the top once in a few weeks because of evaporation. Im sure I was not the only one. Or what did you think my question was?

I know all about Angel's Share...I was into Scotch and Bourbon way before I got into craft beer. Do you think that beer will be in there long enough to evaporate that much out?? Bourbon spends YEARS in the cask and they don't lose that much...that beer may be in there for 1 year tops. And what would be the point in constantly refilling it with fresh beer? I'd think that would undermine the point of putting it in that barrel in the first place.

Well I didn't know, If not I wouldn't have asked... I had read in the homebrew section people giving advice to have the base beer on hand to refill the barrel but I guess I was wrong. Now I know.

Awesome vid man, thanks. Makes me wish i could have taken a video of the barrel room at Sam Adams, which, believe it or not, wasnt much bigger than that. It was just taken up more by barrels really. (where i saw triple bock barrels. )
