Do they have one? I.E. Can you drink beer at their brewery? I looked on their web site and FB and I did not see anything about it, so I assume you cannot? Is this right? thanks. Anything new to visit I been to Ginger man and Flying saucer? on other trips.
Check http://saintarnold.com/tours/index.html. They have a beer hall that is open weekdays at 3 p.m. and Saturdays at 11 a.m.
The tours are optional. The admission fee includes a small glass and "free" beer. It's the work around for TX breweries not being able to sell beer on premise. I have not been since the first tour offered at the new brewery, but I don't believe the procedure has changed.
Texas laws are different... you cant just go to a brewery like Bold City or Intuition and sit and have a beer. It's against the stupid law. For those that do open for tours, you can pay and drink free typical stuff though. Usually nothing special is on tap.
7 bucks = Sampling glass and 4 tokens for beer. Turn the glass back in for $1 off any of the larger glassware.
Thanks for the info, 4 beers for 7 bucks I take that any day. I do thank everyone for the kind replies. Not that I did not want to see more steel tanks, but you know they all look the same after you been to a few of them in the states.... I love cheap beer, its what I like about tap rooms.
If you buy a bigger glass, they'll fill that instead of the sampling glass. They have all of their standard offerings plus the seasonal. I haven't been since Endeavor came out, but I heard it's 2 tokens for that.
If you go on the weekend, it is advisable to bring something to sit on as well as some food. Tables fill up fast.
