When was this available to try? I really liked the BA Hellfighter but would be interested in giving this one a taste anyway...

If its what I'm thinking of, as far as what's been labelled as "St Arnold Whiskey Barrel Aged Stout," then there was a cask of it when Hay Merchant first opened along with a few other places I've seen.

But that's if it's the same thing.

I've had their whiskey barrel aged stout and the last time I had it was pretty underwhelmed... it was like beer flavored whiskey, too thin and one demensional :-/ if you read the label on this one it says ale brewed with molasses and aged in bourbon barrels, which makes me think it is something different than their normal St. Patty's Day bourbon barrel stout... maybe, maybe not

Can't get to excited about it. Not a fan of SA's Stout.
