    Hi all,

I'm going to be in St. Augustine this weekend and am wondering where I can find some beer. Namely, I'd like to get some CCB beer and maybe some Terrapin.

Any suggestions in the right direction are appreciated.

Also, I will be flying in/out of Jacksonville, anywhere near the airport I should take the time (which is quite limited) to visit?

    Cheers

I can't speak to bottle shops in St. Augustine, and anything immediately near the airport will be absolute garbage, but both Beer:30 and Grassroots are very close to I-95 and are on the way to St. Augustine from the airport. Beer:30 focuses mostly on American craft, while Grassroots has a broader range of imported beers (especially Italian).

Try Broudy in the Cobblestone Village Shopping center (on SR 312 just a few blocks west of US1). They usually have a Decent selection of CCB. (NOT The Broudys on King St). There is a much better (IMHO) stocked Broudy in Jacksonville, but it is not near the airport.

Craft Beer Bars to try in Downtown St Aug include:
JP Henleys 10 Marine Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084 A block from A1A Ale House (The food in the Ale house isn't too bad)
Down one of the indoor malls off George St is Rendezous.
    On Charlotte is Stogies

On Cordova St, not far from the Parking garage is a BBQ place called MOJO Old City BBQ, last time I was there they had beers from 6 different local breweries: Mile Marker, Intuition, Green Room, Bold City, Swamphead & Engine 15.

Another eatery on Cordova which might have some nice beer to try is the Floridian

    Cheers

    Thanks for the feedback!

I already hit Beer:30 this evening. Purchased a good little stash.

I've got a good four days, so I will hopefully make a couple of your suggestions Mike.
    cheers
