Nothing spectacular in the area, but Bog and Old Coast are your best bets for IPAs.

I'd agree with these two for beers in general. Dog Rose is ok...looks like there are a few newer ones I haven't been at.

I'll be in St. Augustine in October for 2 days, any restaurant recommendations besides what I may find on Yelp/TripAdvisor that have good taplists? Any other travel advice is welcome, I tend to get some of my best travel advice from the BeerAdvocate group, even non-beer related stuff.

there is a brewery called old coast out there which is connected to a really tasty taco place, name escapes me. i know you can bring your food to the brewery, and im pretty sure you can bring your beer to the restaurant (or at least to their outside tables). it's a little more of a 'gourmet taco' vibe. i didn't have luck finding the exact setup you described so went with this option which ended up being great.
