ST Creme Brulee in Western PA?

    My girlfriend loves this beer, so when I told her they were releasing it in June she got very excited. For the last month, I've been scouring every local beer store (and some very far away) for the last month and have yet to see one bottle of the stuff. Did it just so happen that the one day I didn't look it got distributed and all bought up?

    Don't think so. Wegmans over in Downingtown just got it in. So most likely will be to Western PA soon.

    That's so odd seeing as Southern Tier is located WAAAAY closer to Erie than Philly. Guess that falls more on the intricacies of distribution I suppose.

    Yea for some reason here in Western PA, distributiors like to "hold on" to a lot of the offerings they get. Sometimes this works sometimes not, ie IPA's. If they get the slightest wiff that something they receive is "limited" they horde it worse than a lot of BA's out there. I have no idea what their reasoning is behind this other than your talking about a sector thats run by a lot of non beer folks. This is an area that just saw Doom hit shelves a couple weeks ago.

    The Giant Eagle in North Huntingdon has it. But that is a long haul from Erie!
