I am heading to stl tonight for a bachelor party. Was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on good bars in the downtown area. Preferably good craft beer taps and a good atmosphere. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Downtown's best beer bars are... Hair of the Dog (kind of faux-divey). The Bridge (a bit upscale feeling) Flying Saucer (chain) All have good tap variety. Just south of downtown, International Tap House in Soulard is great. 4 Hands Brewery is also in that general direction.
I'd also recommend iTap in Soulard, a really good beer selection and tons of bars and restaurants in the area.
