St Louis Beer Week - Perrenial Between the Barrels advice for first-timer

Hey,
Happen to be in town for StL beer week (the beer gods are smiling on me). In reading this, obviously the Between the Barrels event at Perrenial jumped out. Super excited.
Any advice for how early to show up, any chance to reserve tickets in advance, is there a bottle share, etc?

Oh, and if anyone knows whether or not it's dog-friendly, that's super helpful (actually road-tripping through with the pup).
