Looks like I moved in at the right time, as St. Louis has a slew of beer events scheduled between July 26 and August 3. Who has been to the St. Louis Beer Week events in the past, and which ones are worth going to?

Midwest Belgian beer fest is always awesome. Otherwise, I don’t get as excited for StL beer week as I used to, lots of great events though it seems like every week is beer week these days.

Just bought my ticket, love Belgian beers and a great line-up of breweries from what I can tell

Does Side Project open their Cellar for this week on Sunday? They are normally closed on Sunday is why I ask, and this could be a game changer for me being in town on Sunday if so.

The Cellar is closed Sunday. Side Project Brewing is open for the event that benefits Stray Rescue

Not sure how many of you went to MWBBF, but I had a great time. Highlight breweries that were new to me were Beachwood Blendery, Aslin, Creature Comforts, and Fonta Flora. Was really enjoying Perennial’s Giant Step series beers as well. Hopefully next year they do this in a bigger venue though

My 3rd year attending. Always a good festival with great beers, but the venue was not so great this year. Just felt like one long crowd of people all day.
