I've done Side Project before years ago and was told I should check out Perennial. Any other suggestions?

Sours, Hazies, barrel aged stouts please and ideally one with great food to pair.

Id suggest Narrow Gauge, which is a bit north of the city, but sounds like it would be a good fit. They have sours and IPAs and stouts (not sure about barrel aged though) plus good food available.

I have also heard good things about Rockwell Beer Co, but Ive personally yet to be there. They have beer and food on site.

Heavy Riff would check all your boxes for sure. Big draft lift with a lot of sours, IPAs, and some stouts (plus one of the best brown ales in the world). Good barbeque and a cool location.

I know people crap on 4 hands, but I really enjoyed their food and Ba stout while visiting. Also enjoyed 2nd shift for Ba stouts, alpha for sours, and not a brewery but gezellig tap room was a good selection of local-ish

I like Rockwell, this was like 18 months ago, but it was good.

Be ready to show proof of vaccination if hitting 2nd Shift.

SP is worth hitting again. Since reopening this summer they've had spectacular stuff available on pretty much a daily basis.

Also, Narrow Gauge for your haze fix for sure. Not something I've seen much mention of, but he's made some meads recently that have been available to go. Blazing Star was boysenberry and just spectacular. Checking their shop it's still available which is just crazy considering how good it is.

Do the rounds when in St Louis!

Hit the SP Cellar, Perinneal, NarrowGauge, & 4Hands! All great stops. Honorable mentions to Urban Chestnut & Schfly.
