St Pete to Crystal River Recommendations

    I've read through the threads on St Pete and Tampa areas so I am covered there, but my trip is taking me north near Crystal Springs. Any breweries or restaurants with nice tap lists recommended as I head north up the coast? Thanks!

    Crystal Springs or Crystal River? Crystal Springs (near Zephyrhills) is essentially an exurb of Tampa. Crystal River is up the coast. Marker 48 is pretty close to the Suncoast Parkway (what you'd likely be driving up from Tampa International if you're flying in) and gets good marks for solid beers and being a cool place to hang out.

    Definitely hit up Marker 48 on Cortez Blvd. Great beers and a great atmosphere. You can also tour the brewery at certain times.
