Stainless Kettle with Valve and very low dead space?

    I seem to remember a thread on this, but can't find it. Anyone know who makes a stainless boil kettle that comes with a drain valve and has a very small effective dead space? TIA.

    both stout and ss have kettles with spherical/oblong bottoms on some of their kettles i believe....

    I always wondered why they couldn't make false-bottom brew kettles like that! Finally!

    What size are you looking for? I have a Stout 21 gallon MLT w/ bottom drain that is 0% dead space & a 21 gallon BK w/ bottom side wall drain and concave bottom that leaves trub in center. When knocking out I just tilt the kettle a bit to get some additional liquid until the trub cake starts to break apart.
