Hey All, Was looking into getting a stainless steel growler as I would like one that stays cold as long as possible without refrigeration and protects the beer from the sun. To stay cold as long as possible, I believe the growler needs to be double walled. Based on this, I found a couple options which can be found on the following website: http://www.gogumption.com/go-outdoors/classic-modern-6-best-beer-growlers/ 1) I have had a Hydro Flask and it leaks and does not hold carbonation so I can rule that one out. 2) The Miir growler looks great and am leaning towards that due to the thread less cap 3) The Innate Gear growler looks awesome and it even has a handle. The only thing that worries me is the threaded cap. Has anyone used the Miir Growler or the Innate Gear Growler? Would be interested to see how they are. Most importantly, looking for one that does not leak carbonation. Thanks! Brian
No experience with Miir or Innate, but I like both my Brauler www.thezythosproject.com and Drink Tank www.drinktanks.com. The Brauler is single walled, but mine came with an insulated sleeve/jacket to help when it's not in the fridge or cooler, and the Drink Tank is double walled with a double bail cap (and optional keg tap cap). Both worth checking out.
