Nice idea, but it's going to be extremely tough. Here's a thread that left it wide open, not constrained to 1 place: https://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/star-wars-themed-beers.287565/ . Firestone Wookey Jack is probably the closest thing you will find locally, but that's mass produced. The only SW themed beer I know made somewhat locally was a special 300-ish bottles of Millenium Falco made by Weyerbacher for special event: http://beerstreetjournal.com/the-best-beer-label-youll-see-today-weyerbacher-millenium-falco/ IMHO, the only way you can really pull this off is to trade for a bunch of stuff mentioned in the first link.
