stashing a mixed case away for a year

    in an attempt to clean up my overflowing closet of random beers, i decided to box up 12 random brews and stash them away until january 2016. i picked random bottles and cans that i know age well, arent to expensive, and that i know i can get next year for some side by side tastings. the contents of the box are:
    -Stone IRS
    -BCBS '14
    -Boulevard Dark Truth
    -Ten Fidy
    -Founders Breakfast
    -Brother Thelonious
    -St. Bretta Summer
    -Petrus Pale '13
    -Anchor Christmas '13
    -Brown Shugga
    -DFH Olde School
    -Avery Samaels '13

    Anyone else ever do anything like this? I mean, besides the normal cellaring.
