Tusk still has One of the Gang on tap from way back in February, maybe that has something to do with the fucking ridiculous $10 / 10 oz they were charging for it. I can't imagine they made too many kegs of that and now a hop forward beer has been laying around for 2 months.

Not sure if this was posted yet, but Marcy Bev now has Founders sixers... Centennial IPA, Red Rye, Porter, Dirty Bastard.. so I am guessing TJ in Syracuse won't be far behind. No Breakfast Stout to speak of, but any Founders is a welcome addition to the area.

Indeed. I love Marcy. No Double Trouble, Imperial Stout or other 4-packs? (Not that I am complaining about sixers, not in the least.)

Nope, I was told they snagged what was available. On the topic of Marcy, they never fail to deliver on closeout bombers and cases. Picked up a pair of Belgian Gouden Carolus Amber big bottles for $3 each this week. Not unusual to find $13 cases of craft beers too. Reminds me of Galeville before Byrne Dairy when they would sell off seasonal six packs for half price.

Must stop Marcy after teaching in Utica tomorrow! Thanks for the Founders update. Love their Porter.

Good gods, One Of The Gang STILL?!

As of 4/16 it was still on tap.

Yeah I was so psyched when I first heard about One of the Gang, but never did try it. Was even planning on going out of my way to snag a glass, but the $1/oz thing was . . . a turn-off.

I heard, from an OBC rep, that Founders will be in Syracuse around May 10th. I can't wait:slight_smile:

The older posts in this thread motivated me to call and see if they had any Founders on Monday. They did, so I picked up the porter and IPA immediately after work. The guy said that they got it a little earlier than everyone else and will be getting others as they become available. I guess he bought every kind he could. I haven't checked to see if Kraig's Kegs has any yet.

Loving the Sculpin on tap - had it last night. I love the opportunity bottling beer provides for trying things I wouldn't otherwise, but there's no matching beer on tap. (Also had to have a Dragonstooth, because . . . well, Seattle. Which I'm still homesick for.)

How much is the Sculpin going for, on tap?

I believe it was $6 for a pint, not unreasonable at all. I think Mike at the Tusk could learn from J. Ryans when it comes to beer enthusiasts and J Ryans could learn from the Tusk when it comes to food
