Hey @Pahn, we have a new Double IPA that will be on, I haven't named it yet but should be posted by tomorrow, and we will have a fresh batch of Our Daily Bread IPA. There's about 4 kegs left of Behold! Pale Ale (all nelson) left as well but don't know how long it will last but if you think you are coming by let me know if you want any and ill hold you a bottle. Message me if you want to do the behold! so we can work out what you want to do for glass on that. Cheers man!

 

@Pahn the new double ipa is a blend of 7 hops. Wakatu, Triple Pearl, Columbus, Citra, Nelson, Amarillo and Simcoe.

 

I'm gonna be in the area in a hour or so. No chance steady habit is open is there?

Fyi, all we have on until next week some time, most likely later next week, is Our Daily Bread IPA. The beers up next will be a 7.7% milk stout and He Died With His Boots On DIPA at 8%. Cheers!

 

I was finally able to swing by on Saturday on my way home from EBF. Behold was great, but I think I actually liked Our Daily Bread better! Good beer all around, though.
Your space looks like theres plenty of room for expansion, and it looks like a solid little brewhouse. How often are you brewing? Batch size? The line looked solid the whole time I was there and it seems like your going through the product at a nice pace. Good to see, and I'm looking forward to trying some more goodies soon.

Also, I didnt catch it if it was already answered, but are you sending kegs out to bars?

 

agreed on our daily bread. i loved nelson, but our daily bread was the star of the three (also got the DIPA) for me. my brewing partner and i were both pretty blown away this time. haven't gotten a chance to post reviews yet.

 

McLadden's in West Hartford had their Porter on tap recently, so there is some type of limited keg distribution taking place.

 

I believe westbrook lobster had geek nip a few weeks ago.

 

@NuclearRich @Pahn thanks for stopping by! I truly appreciate it! We are slowly leaking out a log here and there but as of this moment there is nothing out right now. If there is somewhere local to you that you'd like me to try to get some liquid to let me know! Thanks again for the support!

 

@NuclearRich we brew on our pilot system right now. It's 2.5 bbl max. We brew twice a week. We are extremely tiny right now but definitely have plenty of room to expand. There's actually another 2500 square feet that was behind the wall that is ours as well that we aren't utilizing yet. Our ceilings our 20 feet high etc. Right now we are just trying to dial in on our recipes and then when we can grow a little here or there we will. Thanks for stopping by again!
