Steel Toe BA beer

It has been a somewhat random release. I checked their website, twitter, and FB page yesterday wondering the same thing. They had nothing posted on any of them regarding Lunker.

 

They are releasing Before the Dawn this friday it sounds like the plan is. At least that's what I heard when I was at the tap room Saturday.

 

From the rumors I heard, Id be expecting it very soon, then again those are all rumors.

They brewed BtD again?? So excited - LOVE that beer!

 

Sounds like it I need to head out that way I just found out this Saturday so I may be swinging by there again. I need to hit Midwest Supplies to build up my keg system so what better way to toast that than BtD even if it is a lie I'll stop there anyways and have another Crux, I quite enjoyed that one Saturday.

 

Makers Mark barrels this year from what I recall.

 

Any local bars doing an early tapping event? It seems that for any of their releases, they get at least one keg out to one of the local bars.

 

No clue but they just posted this on twitter:

3/28 at 3pm. 4 bottle limit. $20. Getting steeper each year

Do they allow bottle shares. I work until 1 on Fridays and down for some day fun.

 

Hasn't this always been a 4 bottle limit, $20 release?

 

I've seen some drinking in the lot at other releases. I'm off early and would up for it as well.

 

Yeah I've been to several of their releases and there always seems to be a bottle share going down at them. I'm off this Friday so I would definitely be interested in sharing a few beers beforehand.

 

The last (and I believe only) time they released Before the Dawn this was the case. So yes, exactly the same.

This is from the 2012 - Doubt there will be any trouble as long we are on steel toes property

Edit: After some research I was totally thinking of Commander (slowly backs out of room)

 

The most recent Lunker release was $20, I don't recall how much it was the first time around.
