Steel Toe Taproom

    Per their facebook page, Steel Toe is trying to open a taproom. I for one, think that would be brilliant. Does anyone on here have the inside scoop regarding this development?

    Still seems like they're working on the legislation. Seems like SLP city council is cooperating. I think it'd be great, too. Their current growler hours make it tough to get over there.

    I love this idea, the proximity to my work would be dangerous though haha.

    I'm only a half mile away as well, but I have yet to visit. I hope their future tap room hours are more accommodating than their current growler hours.

    Its only 2 miles from my house, and withing a few hundred yard of my daily commute. Dangerous...

    Seems centrally located for all BA members; which should be fundemental to any beer related legislation in the Twins Cities. I say tap the kegs and I will see you all there at 5:30 this evening!! BTW, what are their growler sale hours at the moment?

    I contacted my Council Member, Sue Sanger, and she is in favor of passing the law. I would love to have a Steel Toe tap room so close to my house!

    according to their website, growler sales are tuesday and thursday 3 - 5, friday 5:30 - 7:30 and saturday 10 - noon
