    Hi there

Anyone out there ever brewed something with both Sterling and Chinook hops?

Have a bunch of both and trying to determine if this combo would be worth an experment!

This doesn't exactly answer but I've used sterling a few times, including one time by itself. It is very pineapple-y to me.

I absolutely love Sterling. Both those hops would be awesome in a more west coat inspired old school IPA.

West Coast is what I was thinking. I was surprised to hear @Push_the_limits say Sterling is very pineapply. I never got that, but I do get some low intensity citrus out of it. Chinook, depending on where it is grown, is sometimes credited as pineapply. Whether you get pineapple or more west cost citrus and pine, this sounds like a combo worth trying.
