Sticky in ISO:FT forum for new traders?

So is there any way we could have a sticky with useful info there for new traders so that what happened with the most recent guy doesn't happen again? Links like alewatcher's blog for packing and seekabrew for distributions and maybe a list of beers that if you try and put in your ISO when you're trading shelf beer, you will get shat all over ruthlessly by many BAs? Also maybe have some kind of system that when it's your 1st time going into the trading forum it makes you read the sticky that's already there and when you click next the new trader sticky and then it finally takes you to the forum?

Is this at all possible?

I basically just walked that guy through some stuff and he had no idea that A) DFH is widely distributed because some of his friends have asked him to bring them some in the past and B) that the beers he was asking for were so rare and coveted. He's not new to BA but he is a new trader and I feel like a sticky with the things I mentioned in the paragraph above could've prevented this.
