Sticky note for introductions

I generally hang out in the homebrew forum, but could see this quite useful for other subcultures: Can we have a sticky note for introductions? Name, pic, etc.. It seems like we lost some of that information when we jumped to the new web host.

Maybe people used to just fill out more of the information on their profiles. There used to be a place for your real name. I'm just wondering if you can create a section for introductions or have a sticky for each section for introductions.

Maybe we're alienating a lot of people and discussion via this method. My thoughts are that I've been on the site for years. I still don't know your name. This only ever seems to come up through private messaging and a closing signature.
