    Hiya, folks.

Just wondering if anyone has any comments or experience regarding batch differentiation in Premium. I understand the first run was bottled in those 750ml pry-off bottles, and the second in 22oz bombers. Whaddya know, interwebs? Give me some feedback, please.

Following that, has Batch #1 changed dramatically? If so, for the better? And would it be worth setting some of Batch #2 aside? Thanks!

Well, it's been about 24 hours. No one's got any insight on this, huh?

the recipe stayed the same and i feel both batches came out fairly identical.. of course the herbal hop quality fades and the brett becomes more present when aged and i really dig it both fresh and aged.. so definitely worth setting some aside if you like brett.

p.s. its soon coming in cans!

Batch 1 was also bottle conditioned and batch 2 (and now batch 3 that just came out) were not. Recipe was same for all. As far as cans of premium, the idea is out there, but no solid plans have been made that I know of.

Edit: im guessing bstill is brian so he will know more about canning.

Straight from the source! Thanks a ton, man. I see the 22oz bottles for sale here in the Orlando area, and 750ml bottles were still for sale in the Durham, NC area last time I was there (a few weeks ago). And lucky for me, I'm going to be traveling up to the DC area in a few days, so I might just pick up a bottle of batch 1, batch 2, and try it on tap if I can get out to Of Love and Regret next Saturday the 10th, which I'm planning on. That oughta answer all my questions :-)

Coming to cans? Where / when is that going to happen? And like, 12oz / 16oz, 4-packs / 6-packs?

Premium is made here at westbrook so we would be canning. 12oz, as for 4 or 6 pack I have no clue
