There's a few bottles of Stillwater's Cellar Door at my local beer store from last summer that they're discounting. I've had it fresh and loved it. Should I pull the trigger on a 9 month old saison?

Personal I would pick them up. I have not aged regular Cellar Door with that much age that I am aware of, but I did have the wine barrel aged Cellar Door with almost 9 months of aging and it was fantastic. How much are they?

I'd go for it. They're $14.99 here in PA and I'd buy multiples for $8.99 for sure. I don't think 9 months will harm that beer at all.

I don't see why a saison wouldn't be absolutely fine with 9 months on it....I'd buy it.
