I'm gonna buy it regardless, though I do dig on Australian (and NZ) hops.

Aren't Australian hops what were used in the SN boomerang ipa in the winter pack? Hopefully stones version are less funky and more fruity. Boomerang had a weird synthetic taste to me not so refreshing.

I really enjoyed 17th, i was sorely disappointed with 18th, and of course i can't wait to try the 19th.

Really looking forward to this one. I've always thought the Stone Anniversary beers are their finest offerings (next to the original IPA)

I wasn't a fan of 17th...I got what they were going for but it fell flat for me. I actually enjoyed 18th...I thought it had a great body and a solid malt backbone...and the hop profile was full of citrus notes. I'm looking forward to 19th for sure...love those Australian hop varietals!

Haven't been a fan of any anniversary series since a uber fresh 13. Red and copious amount of hops used. Please Greg, go back to your roots. Shave your "I'm selling out to my target demographic beard" and repeat!! Juuuuust joking. Being groundbreaking with new hops isn't easy to do.

I was originally going to mention the Bastard family, but I really enjoy everything :stuck_out_tongue: Can't say that about many breweries.

Huge cans rock. I corroborated that statement by thorough research via yahoo.com.

Did anyone think their anniversary beer this year was going to be anything but another IPA?

Their 8th Anniversary beer was a brown ale.
Their 9th Anniversary beer was a wheat ale.
Their 12th Anniversary beer was an oatmeal stout. Good one too.

Sometimes they buck tradition, so I keep hoping.

That oatmeal stout was a winner yes. Do away with these confused collaborations and just brew that
