Hopefully it's easier to find the SRR. I'm having trouble finding that one so far, hopefully it's just because it's been a recent drop.

I was happy to find a sixer of this near me for $14.99. It’s as good as I remember. What I didn’t remember is the 8.7% abv. Which makes sense.

Didn’t see it in MA last time either. These releases seem spotty in MA. Ruination was everywhere.

Edit: According to the beer finder it’s right across the street from me. And I’m almost out of beer. Perfect.

I still haven't seen this in CO. Whatever distribution we have seems to only be interested in stocking their largest flagships. In general, that seems to be a problem with all of our large regional brewery distros. One-offs and specialty items are the beers people get excited for, not their stuff that everyone and their mom also brews.

No where to be seen for me. I don’t drink much craft stuff anymore partly cause they got rid of so much of the old stuff that got me hooked on craft beer to begin with (things like black IPAs, red ales, barleywines).
I’ve used Stones website to search for this, it’s no where in Chicago or the suburbs or here in Vegas or even LA last time I randomly checked. I guess they’re subject to the same shipping delays I’ve experienced this year.
I hate when they announce they are going to release a beer like this and then seemingly make like 5 pallets for the whole country.

I have seen all of the Stone come back beers. I have not made a purchase as for me $18 a six is not for me. Double Bastard might be a purchase but I need to see it on a day I’m willing to put a $20 out for beer. We pay tax on top of the retail unless it’s in a few spots that include tax in the price.

Edit…..took a look at my notes and I thought it was quite sweet vs the arrogant version. Think I will stick with AB at $13 for a 6x16.

    Enjoy

I like how in 2024 we’ve officially reinvented the seasonal beer

No sign of this locally but I stopped into the best local brewery and they happened to have a wonderful version on tap. Great stuff. It'd be cool to find this before the local one is tapped and do a side by side

At least one store in Denver got some. They're all the way on the other side of town, but at least it's in our distro in some form. Hopefully it'll pop up in more places this week.

Can’t argue with this list. I’d even throw in Stone IPA. Granted, IPAs, and tastes, have changed a lot since it was released. But for a classic WCIPA, you’d be hard pressed to beat Stone IPA.
