Just messing around I sauteed some mushrooms in reduced Stone Chipotle porter, I was lazy and did not make a roux but man it imparted fantastic flavor including a nice kick of spice/heat. I wound up spooning the sauce over some simply sauteed chicken tenders (threw them in the pan and spooned over on high heat). Simple and easy, all of a 10 minute meal. Stone should keep brewing this stuff as it was just too easy to cook with. I think this might work with Cioppino. Anyone else rocking the stone chipotle ?
