Stone - Coffee Milk Stout

Sweet! I dig the Saison but can't wait for dark beers to start showing up again, this is one seasonal creep I can get behind.

 

That sounds incredible! Wish we got Stone in OK, but I'll definitely trade for a sixer of this stuff!

 

Stone is on fire this year! Can't wait to try this...

 

I was replying to you. The amount of malt in a beer doesnt equal the price of a beer. The price of a beer depends more on how many hours of work you put into it and other stuff like this. Like jkn09 said, you also have to consider other ingredients like lactose and coffee (wich i am pretty sure cost more than hops).

 

Looking forward to this after some dissapointment with their Saison

I agree, I thought it was vey good. Only problem was that for this year, it was only included as part of their variety case. So, you got one sixer of coffee oatmeal milk stout in a case. But still, it was quite tasty.

 

If you got the Saison six packs, I think it's safe to say that you will get this.

 

If they're scanning mine, expect Big Tits DIPA in the fall.

 

Ahhh. I didn't actually actively seek the Saison....so.......I guess I will just have to look!

Did you get some of the Narragansett Aristocrat Coffee Milk Stout last year? It came and went really quick, but it was top shelf. I hope they repeat it this year.

 

Autocrat, not Aristocrat . Very little about Rhode Island is aristocratic, ha ha.

I did get some. It was tasty. It's nice to have a stout with a lower abv.
