Stone details RuinTen, Release Date, Distribution

Close...8.29, lol...last year, as far as I remember it was between 6.99 and 7.99, oh well it is too good to miss.
The beer color changed big time too over time, the freshest I had was a deep copper/amber color and over a month it changed to orange/yellow. Anyways, I hope you get it fresh, it is a brew not to be missed...Cheers !!!

 

Dunno where you're located but Binny's in St. Charles has it stocked on the shelves now. Just picked up a bottle about a half hour ago.

Weird, I went to binnys in plainfield AND bolingbrook, they both said the same thing they couldnt sell it til monday.

 

I was surprised too. I called to see if they'd have it on Monday, and the store associate said "Yea, we got 'em now but there aren't too many left so you should come soon."

Hopefully someone there doesn't get in trouble for selling it early. :/

 

binnys around me said if stores are caught releasing it early they could lose future releases.

Stone is not Russian River, and have gotten way too big to effectively monitor this or punish in a fair manner. Sure, they could single out a few stores to make an example, but that hardly is fair. I guess they could cut out the entire distributor, but I doubt that be very wise - cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Nothing will happen. Nothing.

 

I hope FL actually has this on the release date, we seem to be getting most west coast releases weeks later than expected.

Was told the same thing from Schaumburg Binny's. Was planning on running to St. Charles over my lunch break. Hoping they didn't sell out over the weekend...

 

I'm not trying to dispute you. Stone did request that people hold it until today, and many complied. I was just adding that even if they did make threats, I doubt they could back them up.

 

anyone seeing this in indiana yet? no one seems to have anything today

 

any sightings in Philly/South Jersey yet? I missed this last time around and I'm super pumped to try it this time.

It's official ruinten is out. Went to stone today for the release. No limit at the brewery so I picked up a case and had two on draft. A lot of my local shops got it today or will get it tomorrow. On a side note to the Cali BAs, Pliny was bottled 6/6 so it should be hitting this week too!
