    that's true with most any beer. You are at the mercy of what is out there.

    True. It's also true that your taste can vary from day-to-day.

    However, the massive amount of hops used for this beer, and the care in making sure that it gets to market with as many of the volatile compounds intact as possible, means that it's probably inevitable to have noticeable, if mild, batch-to-batch variability.

    I'll agree that the flavor profile is pretty much the same across all of the Enjoy By releases, but the last one had a bit of harshness that I picked up that the previous two didn't. It wasn't bad by any means.

    Just wanted to say there is quite a bit still left at CM Lovers which surprised me. The day it arrived it was "in the back" and now it's up front because I'm guessing it didn't move too well like that. If anyone cares.
