Im hoping this one is extra devastatingly dank! Given its enjoy by date.

    CURRENT RELEASE
    Stone Enjoy By 04.20.14 IPA
Style: Double IPA ABV: 9.4% Bottling On: 03.15.14
You have in your hands a devastatingly fresh double IPA. While freshness is a key component of many beers - especially big, citrusy, floral IPAs - we've taken it further, a lot further, in this IPA. You see, we specifically brewed it NOT to last. We've not only gone to extensive lengths to ensure that you're getting this beer in your hands within an extraordinarily short window, we made sure that the Enjoy By date isn't randomly etched in tiny text somewhere on the label, to be overlooked by all but the most attentive of retailers and consumers. Instead, we've sent a clear message with the name of the beer itself that there is no better time than right now to enjoy this IPA.

    Do they change it?

I thought they changed it some each time but this one ends on 4-20 so one would hope it would smell just like the devil's herb.

It's the same basic idea, but there are some variations in proportions due to temporal hop availability.

I didn't get any 2/14 this time around. It went fast around here. I like the DirtWolf pretty well though. It satisfies my hop craving

It's hard to keep it lit.

That's kind of what I've always thought of the "keeping things fresh" spiel we hear from all the breweries. Not that it's a bad thing...just saying.

I have to say, it's still a great bomber of DIPA but, it fell noticeably short of the last iteration.

Many places have not received shipment of it yet. Bunker Hill said they will have their allotment on the 30th. I stumbled across some this morning in Houston.

If any one is looking for this in Fort Worth, Central Market had tons on the floor yesterday. It was the most I've seen them have, ever. 6-8 cases at least. Plus Hop Ranch on tap, and a few other goodies. Can't remember them all.

A few places got it last week in North DFW, most are getting it on Wednesday it sounds like. I was shocked to see last week it was bottled on 3/12.

Kroger got it last week too, several cases worth as well. Nice that Stone is sending us a good supply now.

Some local Houston HEB's are just getting it.... at least on the south side...

Nowhere on the North side of Houston has gotten this, save for a Kroger in Spring who got 1 case.
Seems like Stone really spread the butter thin on this toast.

Actually, Spec's on Louetta along with the HEB on 2920 got some today. Now, whether they have any left at this point (think HEB just got a single case, unsure about Spec's) I don't know.
