Stone: Enjoy By IPA

I want this, unfortunately its only in 3 states (CA, NJ and one other I can't remember now). Hopefully the later releases (which will have different dates) make it to AZ

 

had this on draft at Big Star in Chicago last sunday. Im going to throw it out there and say its one of my favorite ipas ive ever had

 

Don't worry, your palate may improve over time--no promises though.

 

Anyone know where I could find another bottle of Enjoy by in the OC? My buddy Rick in Reno really wants to try it and I'd love to send him a bottle

 

Actually, my palate is just fine. However, I prefer DIPAs that finish middle of the road to dry and Enjoy by... finishes fruitier and sweeter than any DIPA I've had in recent memory? For those that like those characteristics they will like it much more than me. I don't care if you disagree with me because it's based on personal preference, however there is no need to hurl insults. Considering that I've been a craft beer drinker for over 15 years my palate is well-developed. However, it's quite apparent your sense of respect for others isn't.

 

I really think such a big thing with ipa's is how fresh they are when you have them. really makes a big difference. this probably has a lot to do with why there's such a huge difference of opinion.

 

I tried this one last night. I know Stone is known for their ipa's, but I was skeptical due to the big production about when it should be drank by. I now know better. This was delicious. I can't wait to seek this one out on tap.

 

Just grabbed 6 bottles from Binny's in Schaumburg this morning. There are 3 1/2 cases left. I'm assuming these will be gone sometime today so call ahead. This beer is actually quite good. Tastes like Zombie Dust on steroids.
