I'm drinking one now and thinking the same exact thing. It doesn't look unfiltered in the least bit but still tastes as delicious as ever.

I had it on draft. It doesn't look like the first pic shared on this thread. It looks more like the subsequent pics. It's good though. The Sunny Delight drinkers won't like it though, it still has a proper IPA bitter backbone.

    F-Yeah!

I'm hoping to get some on Saturday (if it sticks around that long). As long as it still tastes like Enjoy By I will be very happy.

I have one in the fridge now. Looks very clear through the bottle with sediment at the bottom. Looking forward to cracking it this weekend nonetheless

Yeah, I'm planning on a NY run, only staying in Rockland County, but thanks for the heads-up.

That's very much possible, because I remember starting from a particular batch I was immediately let down by the beer and thought it was no longer what it used to be. But I don't really know.

I just don't think the beer is as special as it used to be, even the Unfiltered version.

I haven't had Enjoy By I'm about a year, but when I did, I was pretty let down. I grabbed a sixer of Unfiltered tonight, and cracked one open, mostly based on comments here on BA, and...holy crap is it good (and yes, hazy). I don't know how much the change of hops helped, but the beer delivers everything I'm looking for in a DIPA. Very happy Stone decided to distribute this stuff!

If you can't find any, I'll mail you some. It is stacked up sky high here, and I've been drinking a few bombers per week.

    Seriously, just PM me.

My bottle looked marginally hazier--especially the second pour--but I agree on the taste. To me it felt like I was drinking Enjoy By, the same way it always does. Which is fine by me... EB is a tasty beer that I quite like.

I'm 99% certain you're right about the Nelson, but not as sure about the Galaxy. And you're right about the reason. I'm too lazy to find it now, but on one of the past "xx.xx.xx batch of Enjoy By is the best yet!" threads, a podcast was posted where Mitch Steeleis talking about IPAs in general and mentions that the plethora if hop varieties allow for flexibility to change a hop variety or quantity here or there and keep the beer fundamentally the same.

Thanks a lot! I appreciate it, but it's looking like there's plenty at this point. I'm sure it'll work out on my end.

sediment in this beer all goes to the very bottom of the bottles very quickly. pour most of the bottle out, give it a swirl, then pour the rest in. if that sediment does not get poured (or drank) evenly in(to) the beer, the beer does not taste any different than the original enjoy by. need to drink that sediment for full (or even different) effect.

I had a draft glass of the Unfiltered Enjoy By last evening. From an appearance perspective it had a slight haze; as I held the glass in my hand I could see my fingers on the 'back side' of the glass. Tasted like Enjoy By to me; I did not note any difference from the filtered version from a flavor perspective.

I drank the one glass and then moved onto a different beer; after drinking the one glass I had zero desire to drink a second.

    Cheers!

I finally got around to trying it last night and definitely thought there was enough of a difference from the regular to justify its existence. Picked up quite a bit more tropical sweetness and while it still had a strong hop finish, it isn't quite as intense as the original. Both are great, but I probably prefer the unfiltered.

Tastes great. Barely any difference from the regular enjoy by, maybe a little more mango flavor.

Interesting you mentioned that, because I tried Unfiltered for the first time today, and one of my notes was mango coming through, moreso than I noticed in previous iterations. But I agree that it really isn't all that much different. Perhaps the mouthfeel was slightly improved as well, but I am not certain.
