This is simply amazing. Completely different take on EB. The best of both coasts. Picked up one bottle to try then went back and bought four more. I hope Stone puts this in regular rotation, it gets me my east coast style IPA fix much easier.

    Cheers…...

Thats what I keep hearing. But for me, it was pretty much still...enjoy by. Not that different.

Had one last night and it wasn't nearly as hazy as anticipated. Have to agree that it's very similar to the original with less alcohol on the palate and a touch more juicy.

Just had my bottleshop guy recommend this to me... I guess I'll go get one. Regular Enjoy By is pretty damn good for a beer that is practically distributed across the nation.

I thought the look was all wrong, and the smell was all wrong, but the taste was pretty much spot on (with a little extra bitterness compared to a true east coast IPA). Definitely worth a shot, and to me, definitely different from the regular Enjoy By.

Have to agree with @OTB. What a great take on the recent east coast style IPA. I thought it was slightly different than original EB with a more juicy/citrusy taste. The IPAs coming from east coast has that more juicy citrusy unfiltered style that our west coast doesn't have. Best of both coast!

Not around here. I think Stone is smart enough to know the bombers will sell here so they don't have to release the sixers here until the next release or later.

I could be very happy with this and Raja DIPA in cans as my everyday drinkers.

    Cheers…….

If Stone is trying to make a pseudoGreen with this beer it is not as turbid as it should be, however the main issue I have with this beer is that is still has a very hot finish. TH (I will just use it as the Gold standard these days) has that perfectly balanced, mellow finish that is direly lacking here....

From an Enjoy By angle, this batch is a vast improvement from the last couple which have been basically undrinkable.

It tasted like Enjoy By to me, which I like, but the cloudiness didn't magically make it taste like rainbows.

At this point it seems like people just see cloudy beer and associate it with better regardless of the actual flavor

Anyone seen this in the East Bay? Stone website told me Whole Foods in Berkeley, but they didn't know anything about it.

i'll try it out of curiosity but i'm in the camp of people who find EB to be a bit oniony.
